Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
  • HR Management: Support HR functions, including employee onboarding, documentation, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Work Control: Monitor and manage work schedules, ensuring efficient operations within the HR department.
  • Transfer of Residence: Facilitate the transfer of residence processes for employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication between management and staff to ensure HR policies and procedures are well understood.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably within a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Location: Candidates must be based in Kuwait.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
