We are seeking an experienced Administrative Office Professional to join our team. This role requires a highly organized individual with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in administrative office work, preferably female. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and possess a valid, transferable visa in Kuwait.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Ensure timely and efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Support senior management with administrative tasks and provide necessary assistance when required.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative office work or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- A valid, transferable visa in Kuwait is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in managing confidential documents and information.
