This full-time, on-site role is pivotal for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple food service locations, ensuring efficient and effective management.
- Manage and supervise staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement and monitor food cost reduction plans to enhance profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and best practices.
- Optimize operational processes for efficiency and quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with various teams to drive operational excellence and develop new concepts.
- Utilize strong knowledge of ERP systems (Microsys) to manage operations effectively.
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience and gather feedback for improvement.
- Maintain knowledge of local market trends and current food and beverage developments.
- Manage home delivery operations and develop strategies for customer engagement.
- Conduct food menu engineering to optimize offerings based on customer preferences and trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in area management within the food and beverage industry.
- Proven experience managing over 8 cloud kitchens with a central kitchen operation.
- Strong knowledge of online platforms and aggregators in the food service industry.
- Valid Kuwait driving license is required.
- Ability to speak Arabic is preferred for effective communication with staff and customers.
- Strong analytical skills to examine data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges effectively.
