HR Plus Consultancy is looking for passionate and skilled Baristas to join our team at two of our branches in Sharq and Sabahiya. If you have a love for coffee and enjoy interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you! The role involves preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and other specialty beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and ensuring a pleasant experience.
  • Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change.
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized, following health and safety regulations.
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to maintain smooth operation.
  • Assist in training new baristas, sharing knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment handling.
  • Recommend menu items and upsell specialty drinks or pastries to customers.
  • Stay updated on new coffee trends and continuously improve your barista skills.

Qualifications

  • Previous barista experience is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with a passion for coffee are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines is an advantage.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Attention to detail to ensure the preparation of beverages with accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and team-player mentality.
