Barista for Catering

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our catering team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of barista experience and be able to join immediately. This is a full-time position exclusively for women, and Filipino applicants are preferred. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages in a catering setting, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
• Follow health and safety regulations in food and beverage handling.
• Assist in catering events, ensuring timely delivery and quality service.
• Collaborate with the catering team to fulfill large orders efficiently.
• Manage inventory, monitor supplies, and restock when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs professionally.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a barista, preferably in catering or high-volume environments.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Must be a female applicant.
• Filipino candidates are preferred.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
