Barista / Waiter

We are urgently hiring for Baristas and Waiters to join our team. The ideal candidates should be ready to start immediately and are preferably Filipinos. The age limit for applicants is up to 30 years. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where customer service is key.

Responsibilities

For Baristas:

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer orders efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

For Waiters:

• Greet and seat customers, presenting menus and providing information on daily specials.
• Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Qualifications

• Age limit: Up to 30 years.
• Preferably Filipino nationals.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability is required.
