Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area of a residential building, greeting tenants and visitors professionally.
- Address tenant concerns and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Follow up on maintenance requests from tenants daily, compiling and prioritizing a list for maintenance personnel.
- Collaborate with rental brokers to market vacant units within the building.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information and property vacancies.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
