Key Responsibilities
Commercial Performance and Team Management:
- Lead the boutique in achieving annual sales goals and optimize profitability.
- Inspire and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Assign monthly sales goals and regularly review progress with team members.
- Conduct management meetings to discuss performance, operations, and strategy.
Clientele Service and Management:
- Coordinate in-store events, presentations, and activities to enhance customer engagement.
- Develop a customer database and optimize clienteling efforts.
- Train and motivate the team to exceed customer expectations.
Product and Stock Management:
- Provide feedback to the Buying Team and coordinate seasonal product training.
- Ensure effective stock management, minimizing losses and optimizing organization.
- Meet stock rotation targets and allocate inventory according to needs.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in a boutique environment.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.
