Job Introduction:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Sponsorships) who will be instrumental in securing strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance our expos and drive significant revenue growth. This role is vital for establishing and nurturing strong alliances with businesses, brands, and industry influencers to ensure the successful execution and expansion of our expo events.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to attract diverse sponsors and exhibitors within the blockchain industry.
- Design tailored exhibition spaces and booth solutions for exhibitors to maximize engagement and visibility.
- Identify and research potential sponsors, exhibitors, and collaborators to expand our network.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential sponsor organizations to foster collaboration.
- Create compelling, customized sponsorship proposals that highlight benefits such as brand visibility and lead generation.
- Ensure seamless activation and execution of sponsorship agreements to achieve maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Events, and PR teams to align sponsorship initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to build relationships with potential sponsors and partners.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in exhibition sponsorship and space selling.
- Proven experience working with international Crypto/Blockchain exhibitions and conferences.
- Experience in managing high-revenue targets in the global market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a notable advantage.
- Exemplary communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in cultivating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
