We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team at the International Group of Aamina. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service mindset. The position offers a competitive salary and is open to male candidates of Arab nationality, with Visa 18 (Normal or Small Project).
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Record and update customer information in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures during interactions.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
Qualifications
- Nationality: Arab
- Gender: Male preferred
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a call center or customer service environment.
- Must be ready to join immediately.
- Visa Type: 18 Normal or Small Project accepted.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work 9-hour shifts.
