We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team at the International Group of Aamina. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service mindset. The position offers a competitive salary and is open to male candidates of Arab nationality, with Visa 18 (Normal or Small Project).

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
  • Record and update customer information in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures during interactions.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Nationality: Arab
  • Gender: Male preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Must be ready to join immediately.
  • Visa Type: 18 Normal or Small Project accepted.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Ability to work 9-hour shifts.
