Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee cloud computing strategies, including cloud adoption, management, and monitoring.
  • Respond to on-premises and cloud-related security incidents, providing containment and remediation.
  • Apply expertise in identity and access management, cloud network architecture, and security hardening to assist clients with security solutions.
  • Advise clients on industry best practices for cloud application architecture and deployment.
  • Lead multiple projects under tight deadlines while ensuring efficient security event monitoring and incident response.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define solutions, mitigate future risks, and enhance solution delivery methods.
  • Provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity governance, incident response, and network security.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity across multiple security domains.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, as this role involves interactions with local stakeholders.
  • Experience in delivering cyber outcomes and devising solutions for public sector-focused threats.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of enterprise security controls in cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Expertise in Zero Trust Architecture, Secure Enterprise Platforms, Identity Providers (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Active Directory), and cloud governance.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM), DevSecOps, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and GRC practices.
  • Knowledge of security event analysis, penetration testing, incident response, and network forensics.
