Concrete Batch Plant Operator (3 Positions)

We are seeking three experienced and skilled Concrete Batch Plant Operators to join our team in Sulaibiya, Kuwait. As a Batch Plant Operator, you will oversee the production of high-quality concrete products, ensuring the process meets customer specifications and industry standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strong commitment to safety. Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage the concrete batching plant to produce high-quality concrete mixes as per specifications.
  • Monitor and control the mixing process, ensuring the correct proportion of materials.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and efficiency of the plant, performing regular maintenance checks on machinery.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and ensure that safety protocols are followed by all team members.
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure efficient production and delivery schedules.
  • Use computerized systems to manage and control batch plant operations.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a laborer in a batch plant or as a Batch Plant Operator.
  • Familiarity with Ocmer, Mika, and Alcon batch plants is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of concrete production processes, materials, and quality control procedures.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate heavy machinery.
  • Proficiency in using computerized batch plant control systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the batch plant industry.
