We are seeking three experienced and skilled Concrete Batch Plant Operators to join our team in Sulaibiya, Kuwait. As a Batch Plant Operator, you will oversee the production of high-quality concrete products, ensuring the process meets customer specifications and industry standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strong commitment to safety. Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the concrete batching plant to produce high-quality concrete mixes as per specifications.
- Monitor and control the mixing process, ensuring the correct proportion of materials.
- Maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
- Ensure the cleanliness and efficiency of the plant, performing regular maintenance checks on machinery.
- Adhere to safety regulations and ensure that safety protocols are followed by all team members.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure efficient production and delivery schedules.
- Use computerized systems to manage and control batch plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a laborer in a batch plant or as a Batch Plant Operator.
- Familiarity with Ocmer, Mika, and Alcon batch plants is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of concrete production processes, materials, and quality control procedures.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate heavy machinery.
- Proficiency in using computerized batch plant control systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the batch plant industry.
