Aleephonline is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Contact Center Agents to join our team in Kuwait City. This full-time, on-site role is essential for delivering exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities

  • Customer Inquiries:
    • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media, ensuring accurate, efficient, and courteous responses.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions and directing them to the appropriate department as necessary.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Provide detailed product and service information to customers, identifying upselling opportunities to increase revenue from customer relationships.
  • CRM Management:
    • Log all customer interactions accurately into the company’s CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
  • Performance Metrics:
    • Meet or exceed key performance indicators, including call handling metrics, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Continuous Learning:
    • Stay updated on new products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
    • Participate in training programs to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM software is essential for effective job performance.
  • Work Environment:
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing demands.
  • Problem-Solving:
    • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Flexibility:
    • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
