Responsibilities
- Continental Head Chefs:
- Oversee kitchen operations and manage the culinary team.
- Prepare and cook a wide range of continental dishes.
- Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of dishes meet restaurant standards.
- Manage food inventory and maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Assistant Cooks:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the Head Chef.
- Ensure ingredients are properly prepared and stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
- Language: English-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high food standards.
