As we expand into new markets, we are seeking a passionate Culture & Communication Officer to foster an inclusive organizational culture and effectively communicate our values, goals, and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Communication Strategies: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance both internal and external communication channels.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute events that promote a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement.
  • Information Dissemination: Create and distribute memos, announcements, and newsletters to ensure timely and accurate information sharing within the organization.
  • Brand Promotion: Maintain and manage external communication channels, including social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn), to promote ABYAT’s brand and initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Write and edit articles, newsletters, and other materials to effectively convey key messages to stakeholders.
  • Culture Development: Foster a positive company culture by developing and implementing initiatives that promote collaboration, engagement, and a sense of belonging among employees.
  • Innovation in Communication: Utilize AI and design tools to create visually appealing content and enhance communication strategies.
  • Effectiveness Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives using metrics and feedback to continuously improve strategies.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communication, culture, and technology to incorporate innovative approaches.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Writing Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Platform Proficiency: Proficient in utilizing various communication channels, including social media and internal communication tools.
  • Creative Thinking: Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing communication initiatives and engaging content.
  • Trend Awareness: Knowledge of current trends and best practices in communication, culture, and technology.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with AI and design tools to enhance communication strategies and create visually appealing content.
