We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our logistics team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring clients have a seamless experience with our logistics operations. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within the logistics field and a Bachelor’s degree. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle client inquiries professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized customer service through various communication channels, including email, phone, and walk-in centers.
- Assist clients in tracking their parcels and provide accurate information regarding delivery schedules and logistics services.
- Use the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on the company’s services, promotions, and policies to ensure clients receive accurate and helpful information.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and warehouse teams to manage urgent delivery requests.
- Handle administrative tasks as assigned by the HR and admin manager in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain customer service reports, ensuring they reflect all client interactions and service outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics sector.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
