Key Responsibilities

Team Management and Boutique Performance:

  • Assist the Boutique Manager in designing optimal team organization and recruiting top talent.
  • Manage and motivate the boutique team, ensuring effective training and development.
  • Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze boutique KPIs to implement action plans for improvement.

Clientele Service and Management:

Boutique Operations & Administration:

  • Monitor compliance with security procedures and manage boutique expenses.
  • Conduct inventories and monitor pricing accuracy to minimize stock losses.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:
