Document Controller

A leading MEP contracting company is urgently seeking a Document Controller to join their team. This position offers an immediate start for a motivated individual who is organized and detail-oriented. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control all project documentation, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and processing of documents.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for project meetings.
• Ensure that all documents are updated, archived, and retrieved as necessary.
• Support project managers and other team members with document-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong command of verbal and written English.
• Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in construction site document control is preferred.
