Responsibilities

Service Crew Member

• Taking orders, preparing food, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the restaurant.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.

Trainee Shift Leader

• Assisting the shift leader in daily operations and customer service.
• Learning and implementing the restaurant’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Handling inventory management, staff scheduling, and problem-solving during shifts.

Shift Leader

• Overseeing shift operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
• Managing a team of crew members, ensuring proper staffing and training.
• Handling customer queries, addressing complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Supporting the Restaurant Manager in managing daily operations and meeting performance goals.
• Overseeing staff performance, ensuring adherence to operational standards.
• Managing inventory, supply orders, and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.

Restaurant Manager

• Leading the restaurant’s overall operations, including team management and financial performance.
