  • Financial Management:
    • Perform general accounting tasks, including processing invoices, expense reports, and payroll.
  • Project Support:
    • Contribute to special projects and initiatives, showcasing adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role, demonstrating a successful track record.

Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a focus on prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling professional interactions with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
