We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Female Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kuwait City. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration and possess strong organizational skills to handle various administrative tasks across multiple departments. Proficiency in Word and Excel is essential, and candidates must have a transferable Visa 18.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and document management for different trades within the company.
- Maintain and organize company files, ensuring all documents are accessible and updated regularly.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and other office activities.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication in a professional manner.
- Provide administrative support to the management and other staff as needed.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the management to support the overall functioning of the office.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles or office work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Transferable Visa 18 is mandatory.
