We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Female Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kuwait City. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration and possess strong organizational skills to handle various administrative tasks across multiple departments. Proficiency in Word and Excel is essential, and candidates must have a transferable Visa 18.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and document management for different trades within the company.
  • Maintain and organize company files, ensuring all documents are accessible and updated regularly.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and other office activities.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication in a professional manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the management and other staff as needed.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management to support the overall functioning of the office.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles or office work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Transferable Visa 18 is mandatory.
