We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Female Personal Assistant with a background in travel agencies to join our team in Jabriya, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have experience in booking and travel arrangements, fluency in English, and familiarity with Google Docs and travel agency software. This position requires both virtual and in-office work, and candidates must be located in Kuwait.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in managing travel arrangements, including bookings for flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Prepare and maintain travel itineraries and schedules for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to coordinate travel plans.
- Utilize travel agency software and Google Docs to manage bookings and documentation.
- Handle correspondence and inquiries related to travel bookings.
- Assist with any additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant or in a travel agency is required.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Docs and travel agency software is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must have a valid driving license (preferred).
- Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
