Finance Manager (Arab Nationalities Only)

A reputable company in Kuwait is looking to immediately hire a Finance Manager. This role is open to Arab nationals only, and the successful candidate will manage and oversee the financial activities of the company, ensuring effective financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company goals.
• Budgeting: Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on financial performance and present findings to senior management.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and statutory guidelines.
• Team Management: Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks to safeguard the company’s assets.
• Auditing: Oversee internal and external audits and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a financial management role.
• Nationality: Arab nationals only.
• Gender: Male.
• Skills: Strong financial acumen, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: KD 1,000 – 1,500 per month.
