We are seeking qualified candidates for full-time faculty positions as Assistant/Associate Professors and Instructors in the Finance Department, starting in the Fall Semester of 2024.
Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Teaching: Deliver engaging finance courses, including Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Management, Financial Modeling, Islamic Finance, and FinTech.
- Curriculum Development: Engage actively in curriculum design and program development, ensuring courses meet industry standards and student needs.
- Research: Contribute to scholarly research and publication in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals, with a focus on ongoing research potential.
- Mentorship: Mentor students in their academic projects and support their learning outcomes.
- Department Participation: Participate in departmental activities, serve on committees, and contribute to the overall growth of the Finance Department.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Relevant teaching experience in Finance at a reputable institution.
- Research Record: Proven track record of publications in high-impact, Scopus-indexed journals.
- Engagement: Active involvement in curriculum design and community engagement.
