1. Financial Advisor
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans and improve financial performance.
- Enhance capabilities of staff and train employees.
- Review and approve payment certificates, prepare budgets, and resolve financial issues.
- Submit annual reports on financial sector shortcomings.
- Respond to reports and interact with regulatory bodies.
- Participate in specialized committees.
Qualifications:
- University degree in accounting with at least 15 years of experience, or a specialized diploma with 10 years of experience plus 10 years in the same field.
- Experience in financial audits, budget preparation, and regulatory interactions.
2. Legal Advisor
Responsibilities:
- Specialize in contracts, cases, tenders, and legal opinions.
- Supervise draft laws, regulations, and review contracts.
- Address grievances and complaints as per relevant laws.
- Enhance staff capabilities and participate in specialized committees.
Qualifications:
- University degree in law with at least 15 years of experience, or a specialized law diploma with 10 years of experience plus 10 years in the same field.
- Experience in legal documentation, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
3. Legal Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
- Provide legal advice on tenders, contracts, and regulatory issues.
- Coordinate defenses in lawsuits and represent the ministry in legal sessions.
Qualifications:
- University degree in law with at least 10 years of practical or academic experience.
