Fleet Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Controller to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient management of our vehicle fleet, supporting our commitment to fulfilling customer requirements effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the introduction of new vehicles into the fleet, ensuring the right type and number are available on time.
• Prepare production orders for management approval and ensure timely follow-up.
• Receive vehicle order letters from salesmen and counter agents, verifying any outstanding dues.
• Scrutinize all vehicle orders to prevent multiple orders for the same vehicle.
• Create inter-office memos for new vehicle orders based on received letters and forward them for management approval.
• Verify vehicle registration details, including color, KT plate number, and chassis number against delivery orders.
• Arrange for traffic passing of new commercial vehicles.
• Follow up on invoices related to new vehicles.
• Maintain an organized Excel sheet for vehicle orders and file copies of delivery orders and management approvals.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the timely preparation of new vehicles.
• Adhere to the company’s standard operating procedures (SOP).

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in fleet management or related roles.
• Skills:
  • Proficient knowledge of standard office practices and procedures.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and office software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
