Food Dispatcher – Full-Time Position

A leading company in the food industry located in Al Qurain, Kuwait, is seeking a Food Dispatcher to manage and coordinate food deliveries for both restaurant and catering orders. The ideal candidate will have experience in dispatching food, handling delivery platforms, and ensuring timely service to customers. This is a full-time position, providing an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate food deliveries for restaurant and catering orders.
• Process and monitor orders through multiple delivery platforms, including Talabat, Jahez, Bilbayt, Deliveroo, and Cari.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of food orders to customers.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and delivery drivers to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Track delivery statuses in real-time and address any issues, delays, or customer concerns promptly.
• Assist with managing delivery logistics and optimizing delivery routes for efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food dispatch, delivery coordination, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with sales and delivery platforms such as Talabat, Jahez, Bilbayt, Deliveroo, and Cari.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in using computers and delivery management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
