Role Responsibilities

As a Growth Hacker at Beynd, you will be responsible for:

  1. Growth Strategy Development: Conceptualize and execute innovative growth hacks from inception to implementation, aimed at driving revenue growth.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing, sales, product management, and technology to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  3. Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis and key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, allowing for continuous optimization of strategies.
  4. Experimentation: Develop and implement experiments to test new marketing tactics and channels, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends.
  5. Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign results and derive actionable insights to refine our growth approach.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the B2B SaaS space with a strong understanding of data-driven marketing and analytics.
  • Growth Hacking Tools: Familiarity with growth hacking tools and platforms, including automation and campaign monitoring software.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with proficiency in English.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Knowledge of various marketing channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.

  • Salary: Competitive base salary ranging from €65,000 to €85,000, plus bonuses and equity packages.
