Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to clients’ individual needs and goals.
- Provide expert guidance on nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and other fitness-related topics.
- Conduct group fitness classes in various formats, including Spinning, Zumba, HIIT, Dance, Aqua, CrossFit, Boot Camp, Yoga, Pilates, MMA, Swimming, and Squash.
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets set by gym management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science or Physical Education.
- Personal Training Certification (required).
- Specialized certification in Fitness (e.g., Aerobics, Spinning, HIIT, Dance, Aqua, CrossFit, Boot Camp, Yoga, Pilates).
- Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a fitness trainer.
- Proven track record of success in achieving client results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals.
