We are seeking an experienced HME Fleet Manager to oversee fleet sales, operations, and compliance within the oil and gas sector. The role involves managing fleet operations, ensuring adherence to HSE guidelines and oil and gas gate pass requirements, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving fleet sales, managing client relationships, and providing detailed daily reports.
Responsibilities
- Fleet Sales Management: Drive HME fleet sales and manage relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Fleet Operations Oversight: Oversee daily fleet operations and ensure compliance with HSE guidelines and oil and gas gate pass requirements.
- Reporting: Submit daily reports detailing fleet performance, sales activities, and budget adherence.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively and lead the team to meet and exceed the monthly contract value target.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HME sales and fleet management.
- Strong knowledge of HSE guidelines and oil and gas gate pass procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and meet performance targets.

Compensation
- Salary: 1,200 KWD per month.
- Car Allowance: Provided.
- Monthly Target: 50,000 KWD contract value.
