A reputable finance company in Kuwait is seeking a dedicated and efficient HR Assistant. This role requires fluency in Arabic and the ability to join immediately. As an HR Assistant, you will support the HR team in managing daily operations, contributing to recruitment, and handling employee relations within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily HR functions, including updating employee records and managing HR documentation.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Support the hiring process by managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Employee Relations: Help address employee inquiries and issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding of new employees by preparing orientation materials and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • HR Data Management: Maintain accurate records of employee information and ensure HR databases are up to date.

Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic is required.
  • Readiness: Must be able to join immediately.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or related fields are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
