HR Coordinator & Payroll

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator with a strong background in payroll and HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, and payroll management. This role requires a thorough understanding of local labor laws and visa procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
• Training & Development: Organize and conduct training sessions for new modules and updates.
• Visa Management: Handle visa transfers and related administrative tasks, specifically Visa 18 (Shoun).
• Payroll Management: Administer payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
• Technical Education: Preferably support HR functions in technical education streams.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination and payroll management.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in recruitment, training, and visa management.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and payroll processes.
  • Experience in technical education is highly preferred.
• Visa: Must have a transferable Visa 18 (Shoun).
