HR Officer (Indian Nationality with Arabic Skills)

We are seeking a skilled HR Officer with fluency in both Arabic and English to join our team. This position is ideal for an Indian national who has experience in HR practices and can communicate effectively in Arabic. You will play a key role in managing HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

Responsibilities

As an HR Officer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing employee records and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Handling recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Administering payroll, benefits, and leave management.
• Assisting in employee relations, including addressing grievances and managing disciplinary actions.
• Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Translating HR documents and communications between English and Arabic as needed.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates should have:

• Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
