Human Resources Administrator

A leading company in Kuwait is seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Administrator to manage HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role requires an Arab male candidate with 5-10 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day human resources and administrative functions.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring accurate records of new hires and employee information.
  • Prepare employment offer letters, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
  • Manage payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee wages.
  • Handle residency document processing and coordinate with governmental authorities for visa and residency-related matters.
  • Monitor probation periods, mid-year/annual performance appraisals, and contract renewals.
  • Administer the payroll process and maintain records of absences, discrepancies, and other relevant employee data.
  • Conduct exit interviews, process final settlements, and handle clearance certifications for departing employees.
  • Ensure company compliance with Kuwaiti labor laws and other regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare official letters such as salary certificates and other HR-related documentation.
  • Review and update HR policies, the staff handbook, and job descriptions as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in human resources and administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of Kuwaiti labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Valid transferable residency (Article 18 preferred).
  • Age limit: Maximum 35 years old.
  • Nationality preference: Kuwaiti, Arab nationals.
