Imploy is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator on behalf of one of our client companies. This role is essential for supporting various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in human resources administration. This remote position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of a dynamic workforce across the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding:
- Coordinate the entire onboarding process for new hires, including managing paperwork, benefits enrollment, and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all files are accurate and up-to-date.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee inquiries, help resolve conflicts, and support employees with concerns related to their roles and the workplace environment.
- Assist with employee relations matters to foster a positive and productive workplace.
- Benefits Administration:
- Oversee the benefits enrollment process, including open enrollment periods and changes in coverage throughout the year.
- Maintain detailed benefits records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- HR Projects:
- Assist with various HR projects such as organizing performance reviews, conducting employee surveys, and coordinating training programs.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide essential administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling appointments, managing HR calendars, and preparing reports.
- Support the HR team in the preparation and execution of internal communications and documentation.
- Compliance:
- Ensure the company adheres to all employment laws and regulations within the MENA region, maintaining compliance in all HR activities.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, processes, and best practices.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing employee data and documentation.
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools to streamline operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations within the MENA region.
- Familiarity with payroll processing.
