Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and support to customers in the automotive or marine sectors.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to service and repair.
• Maintain detailed service records and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.

Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive or marine service advisory roles.
• Article 18 residency.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.

2. Sales Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell automotive or electronics products to customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive or electronics sales.
• Article 18 transferable residency.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
