Responsibilities
- Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal advice to various departments within the organization, ensuring all business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements, including commercial contracts, service agreements, and partnership contracts.
- Dispute Resolution: Handle disputes that arise from contracts or business operations, including negotiating settlements and representing the company in legal proceedings as necessary.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all business practices align with legal standards and internal policies. Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary compliance measures.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support the organization’s legal needs and ensure informed decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams across the company, providing legal support and guidance to foster collaboration and minimize legal risks.
- Training and Development: Provide training to employees on legal compliance and best practices to enhance understanding and adherence to legal obligations.

Qualifications
- Education: Law degree from a reputable institution.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in legal advisory roles, particularly in contract drafting and dispute resolution.
