We are seeking a highly experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at the International Group of Aamina in Shuwaikh. This is a critical role for overseeing the operations of our central kitchen and ensuring the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the operations of a central kitchen, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Handle all administrative duties related to kitchen management, including staff coordination, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Regularly visit multiple outlets to oversee performance, streamline operations, and ensure consistency across all locations.
- Develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures to enhance productivity and food quality.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in kitchen management, specifically overseeing a central kitchen, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen operations in a multi-location environment.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Must hold a valid Article 18 Normal visa and be ready to join immediately.
