Looking for a HR Officer/Coordinator

We are seeking a qualified HR Officer/Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the HR department’s daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is detail-oriented and ready to manage a variety of HR functions.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting with daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including preparing job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Help manage employee relations, including resolving issues and handling grievances.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations for management when needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow across the company.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12+ years of experience in HR and Administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Language: Bilingual (proficiency in both English and Arabic).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
