Marketing Executive (Female)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive (Female) to join our team in Salmiya, Kuwait. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong background in marketing, digital media, and public relations, who is ready to contribute to our company’s growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Plans: Develop, coordinate, and implement comprehensive marketing plans and promotional materials.
• Social Media Management: Manage and enhance the company’s social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Public Relations: Create and manage public relations campaigns; monitor and recommend improvements.
• Performance Tracking: Track and analyze marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Brand Collaboration: Collaborate with external brands for events, sponsorships, and promotions.
• Content Creation: Develop content for digital platforms, including social media and website.
• Event Management: Organize and execute marketing events and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-5 years in marketing, digital media management, social media, public relations, or working in a marketing agency.
• Language Skills: Bilingual in Arabic and English; must be able to write, speak, and understand Arabic.
• Skills: Strong experience with digital platforms, content creation, and public relations.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in Arabic and English (bilingual).
• Experience with digital marketing strategies and social media management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends and techniques.
