Procurement Specialist – Full-Time Opportunity in Kuwait City

As a Procurement Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers to secure the most favorable terms for the company.

• Maintaining accurate procurement records and managing supplier databases.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role should meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of procurement experience, preferably within the F&B industry.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, including purchase orders, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage complex procurement tasks.
• Proficiency in using procurement software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
