Alghanim Industries is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to assist the QA Manager in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality across Alghanim Food & Beverage (F&B) brands. This role will be pivotal in maintaining and improving the company’s quality system and will involve close collaboration with the support office team and store operations.
Responsibilities
Quality System Maintenance & Compliance
- Maintain and record all quality documents, procedures, and records in compliance with Alghanim F&B brands’ standards and international quality requirements.
- Assist the QA Manager in the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s quality system to ensure compliance at all levels.
- Audit Alghanim F&B stores following the Alghanim Food Safety Checklist and auditing plans, ensuring that all quality and safety standards are upheld.
Support & Training
- Collaborate with the store operation team to ensure that all quality assurance requirements are met and provide training on new QA standards as necessary.
- Work alongside the training department to establish and implement the Quality Assurance Training Plan, ensuring all staff are educated and compliant with updated procedures.
Pest Control & Laboratory Coordination
- Oversee and manage pest control plans and activities, coordinating with external vendors to ensure effective pest control measures in all Alghanim F&B stores.
- Coordinate with the laboratory for necessary analysis based on defined plans and take corrective and preventive actions where required.
Reporting & Product Evaluation
- Prepare and send weekly and monthly reports on quality assurance activities to the operation team and leaders.
- Conduct Monthly Product Evaluations on the Food & Beverage product range, adhering to the evaluation plan to ensure product quality remains consistent.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist the QA department with any other tasks as needed to achieve company quality goals and objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in Quality Assurance within the Food & Beverage industry is preferred, with hands-on experience in implementing food safety standards.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the store operation team and support office.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving and quality system management.
- Familiarity with pest control procedures and laboratory coordination will be an advantage.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to maintain and manage quality records and proficient in reporting tools.
