Alghanim Industries is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Executive to join our Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will conduct substantive research related to real estate activities, ensuring compliance with landlord and tenant obligations while driving successful site selections and lease negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Management:
- Understand, interpret, and manage workflow documents from site selection to lease execution.
- Stakeholder Relations:
- Cultivate and manage professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Due Diligence:
- Perform due diligence and collaborate with departments such as legal, finance, and property facilities.
- Reporting:
- Prepare monthly reports and real estate presentations to communicate findings and opportunities.
- Licensing Coordination:
- Follow up on licensing applications with relevant government bodies (Municipality, MEW, MOC, etc.).
- Site Selection:
- Assist in identifying and selecting new prime outlet locations, preparing due diligence packages.
- Negotiation:
- Negotiate and finalize financial and contractual terms with landlords and developers.
- Portfolio Management:
- Monitor lease agreements, ensuring timely renewals and accurate documentation of changes.
- Transaction Management:
- Oversee transactions including rent payments, renewals, and new leases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Entry-level; relevant internships or experience in real estate are advantageous.
Skills
