We are urgently hiring a Receptionist to join our team in Fahaheel – Al Kout. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and will play a key role in managing front desk operations and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Scheduling: Manage appointment scheduling, meeting rooms, and coordinate with various departments.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, staff, and management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Education: Relevant qualifications or certifications in Office Administration or related fields.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Nationality: Arab nationalities only.
- Gender: Female.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: 350-450 KWD, depending on experience and qualifications.
