Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with managers to understand their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications.
- Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media.
- Utilize a variety of recruiting sources and innovative strategies to find quality candidates and explore new business opportunities.
- Screen resumes and CVs, managing candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation.
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and Arabic.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person).
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Local hire only.
- Ready to join immediately.
