Job Summary

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and families. You will assess clients’ investment goals, provide tailored financial strategies, and collaborate closely with our Investment Team to optimize portfolios. Your role will also involve conducting market research, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Introduce new High Net Worth (HNW) clients to The Family Office by presenting innovative wealth management products and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring their financial needs are met.
  • Present The Family Office’s co-investment offerings and customized services in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Assess and manage clients’ investment goals, risk tolerance, and evolving financial needs.

Professional Development

  • Continuously expand your expertise in wealth management, with a focus on international alternative investments.
  • Stay informed on market trends and regional developments to anticipate investor demand and align offerings accordingly.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, adapting strategies to meet changing market conditions.

Collaboration and Leadership

  • Lead by example in client relationship management, guiding and mentoring junior Relationship Managers to strengthen client relationships.
  • Play an active role in shaping the company’s growth by contributing to team initiatives and supporting both colleagues and clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred).
  • CFA certification or progress toward CFA is preferred.
  • Prior experience in selling investment products, particularly to high-net-worth individuals, is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and outgoing personality with a passion for client service.
