Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. - Documentation Management:
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations; organize and maintain digital files and records. - Project Assistance:
Assist with project management tasks and follow up on project deadlines to ensure timely completion. - Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. - General Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative assistance to the management team as needed.
Qualifications
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus. - Experience:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. - Skills:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Work Style:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
