Restaurant Captain

An Indian restaurant located in Fahaheel, Kuwait is looking for an experienced Restaurant Captain to join the front-of-house team. The role is vital in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates must have prior experience in the hospitality industry and possess transferable Visa 18.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations in the restaurant and ensure all areas are running efficiently.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-of-house staff, including servers and hosts.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner.
• Manage seating arrangements and reservations.
• Train and mentor new staff members to align with restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Relevant experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar supervisory role in a restaurant.
• Residency Transfer: Transferable Visa 18 is required.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: Basic proficiency in English and Hindi or any other Indian language is an advantage.
