Responsibilities

  • Jotun Shop Concept Management: Establish and maintain Jotun Shop Concept standards by monitoring new shop implementations and evaluating existing ones to uphold Jotun’s brand image and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Promotional Activities: Develop and maintain promotional initiatives by overseeing regional programs, including Master Painter, Loyalty Program, and Premier League. Organize exhibitions, events, and seminars aimed at end-users, interior designers, and recent graduates to increase sales and brand awareness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the multicolor team by setting objectives and providing coaching and guidance to support their professional growth and achieve functional targets.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with the regional retail development team to create and implement regional promotional programs and projects tailored to the local market.
  • Training Programs: Oversee retail development training initiatives, including “Jotun Way,” “Paint Academy,” and “Introduction to Jotun” seminars, to enhance customer service excellence.
  • Market Evaluation: Conduct regular market visits to assess the successful implementation of retail programs and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Experience: Trade Marketing experience is a plus.
