Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Understand client needs and customize media production solutions accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on establishing long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand professional connections and promote our services.
- Manage various projects, develop business strategies, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Apply analytical skills to conduct market research and assess potential clients.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, and client management.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the media production or creative services sector.
- Strong understanding of the media production landscape in Kuwait and the Gulf region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Experience in lead generation and pipeline management.
