We are seeking a motivated Sales Business Development professional to join our team at Kreative Boutique. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering client relationships and driving revenue growth through tailored media production solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Understand client needs and customize media production solutions accordingly.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on establishing long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand professional connections and promote our services.
  • Manage various projects, develop business strategies, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Apply analytical skills to conduct market research and assess potential clients.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, and client management.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the media production or creative services sector.
  • Strong understanding of the media production landscape in Kuwait and the Gulf region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in lead generation and pipeline management.
